Mathematical Modeling, Inc. (MMI) was founded in September of
1999. It is a privately held S-Corporation. Its primary mission was for
the purpose of insuring your right to private and secure Internet
communications and securing your personal data. MMI evolved to
provide a more diverse set of services including cost engineering,
modeling, data security, and consulting services.

MMI has a first class administrative team with all of its members
having advanced degrees. Dr. Frederick J. Foreman (CEO) and Mr.
Timothy A. Johnson (CIO) are both graduates of the prestigious
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and are well-versed in
mathematical algorithms for software encryption and mathematical
modeling required for solving real world problems.
