Dynacrypt® allows the owner to modify or change any of the user's information that is stored in the database or delete any user. To modify a user's account do the following:
1. Select Modify User from the Administration menu or select the Modify User Icon on the DynaTools Bar. The Modify User Setup Dialog Box will appear as shown below:
2. Enter the Name of the user that you want to modify.
3. Select the Find button. The information of the user contained in the database will appear.
4. Modify the information of the selected user and select the Enter button. A Confirm Password Dialog Box will appear if the Password is modified, a Confirm Supervisor Dialog Box will appear if the Supervisor is modified, and a Confirm Name dialog box will appear if the Name is modified. Shown below is the Confirm Password Ddialog box.
5. Re-enter the Name, Password, or Supervisor and press the OK button in the appropriate dialog box.
6. Continue entering Names of users, make necessary modifications, and select the Finish button when done.
7. To delete a user, simply press the Delete key.
