Dynacrypt® allows the owner to add up to five users to the primary account of the owner. To add a user do the following:

1.   Select Add User from the Administration menu or select the Add User Icon from the DynaTools Bar. The Add User Dialog Box will appear as shown below.

2.   Enter the Name, Password, and the owner as the Supervisor of the user.

3.   Select Enter.

4.   A Name Confirmation Dialog Box will appear as shown below.

5.   Re-enter the name and press the OK button. Re-enter the name and press the OK button. If you are successful in entering the correct Name, a Name confirmation message box will appear indicating that the Name has been confirmed. The Name confirmation message box is shown below:

6.   A Password Confirmation Dialog Box will appear as shown below:

7.   Re-enter the password and press the OK button. If you are successful in entering the correct Password, a Password confirmation message box will appear indicating that the Password has been confirmed. The Password confirmation message box is shown below:

8.   A Supervisor Confirmation dialog box will appear as shown below:

9.   Re-enter the supervisor and press the OK button. If you are successful in entering the correct Supervisor, a Supervisor confirmation message box will appear indicating that the Supervisor has been confirmed. The Supervisor confirmation message box is shown below:

10.   Continue entering user information and select the Finish button when done.
